Small Vessel Engineering - Auxiliary Equipment 1 This new course specifically covers the working principles and maintenance of valves, pumps, compressed air systems, hydraulic control systems, propellers, thrusters, shafting & bearings along with electrical plant. NOTE: Under MIN 552 this course will also be allowed to be used in place of the Y4 Auxiliary Equipment course and still allow the student to complete their Y4 CoC route.
