Dear Candidates for Social WorkWelcome to this resource! We hope to have made the admissions process to the BA (Hons) Social Work degree transparent on these pages. Here, the ‘Welcome to Social Work Admissions @ Solent’ tab, provides links to social work ethics and values that you will need to demonstrate an awareness of during your interview.Please complete the 'Pre-Interview Task' before your interview. You should aim to complete this the Friday before your interview scheduled for the following Wednesday. Please note that once you begin this task, you have a total of 40 minutes to complete it.In the ‘Your UCAS Personal Statement’ tab there’s detail on what we look for in your UCAS personal statement, so if there’s any aspects that you haven’t covered in your statement, it can be useful to include these in your interview.The ‘Visiting us on Campus’ tab provides detail of opportunities to visit us on campus if you haven’t been to one of our Open Days.
